Michael W. Massey, Jr. is the Founder and President of MWM Advisory Group, bringing more than 36 years of healthcare industry experience with a primary focus on physician development and practice growth. Throughout his career, Mike has earned a reputation for integrity, loyalty, and a dedicated commitment to helping healthcare professionals and organizations achieve success.

Mike has spent the last 33+ years at HCA Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading operators of hospital and healthcare facilities. During his tenure with HCA, he was actively involved in strategy decisions, executive leadership, and managing the intricacies of regulatory compliance while negotiating thousands of physician employment contracts, compensation arrangements, and professional service agreements. Prior to joining HCA, Mike began his career with Roper Health System in Charleston, South Carolina.

Today his goal and mission for MWM Advisory Group is to apply that wealth of knowledge and experience with a forward-looking vision to assist physicians and health systems in meeting their current and future objectives. MWM Advisory Group recognizes that the landscape of healthcare in America is constantly changing, but despite the complexities, the premise of physicians taking care of patients will always remain at the forefront.
